OpenOffice,

Version 2.3 started its install. I was in many other applications, besides a
speadsheet of OpenOffice 2.2.

I kept it waiting while I gracefully closed out of my applications. I was not
sure how the installation started, but wanted it to continue.

After the application close outs, I allowed it to continue. Then, the
installation stopped saying I had the spreadsheet still open. I asked it to
re-try. It stopped again on the same filename as open, even though my task
manager said I had no applications running. I replied to ignore.

The next time I started up my computer I had a blue screen for a page fault. I
uninstalled the product. No blue screens. I installed the product again. No
blue screen for a few start ups. Today, I had the page fault blue screen
error.

I would like to keep the product installed. Do you have suggestions?

Further background is that I am receiving another blue screen problem that I'm
not able to trace to hardware or software. Error may relates to bios, drivers.
This has happen for most of 2007. Dell has replaced my motherboard twice,
re-installed windows, and spent much time going over the problem on the chat
line. I'm using Windows Ultra Vista.

So, this page fault Blue Screen could be contributed from my other blue screen
problem or the file it thought in memory it may have corrupted something on my
computer.

If you have any help I appreciated.

Thanks so much for your product,
Vonnie Kinsey
