[users] login problems

Hi, i much appreciate Open Office, and would like to be part of the 
forums or at lest report a bug i have found, but i cannot login. I know 
that i have my username right, and i activated the account via the link 
in  the email. The FAQ says to contact the board admin., but gives no 
info on how. This is not the first time this has happened, and usuallly 
i just register again, but that will not work anymore. In any case, 
sometimes smooth scroll can go "out of control, if you have the Search 
box open, and drag to high lite (select) text in a large doc, it will 
sometimes not stop scrolling until the end of the document.  Thanks
