[users] Corrupt Copy

[Access Systems]

OO2.3 has become corrupted ...
Could not open Writer ...
Cannot uninstall it ... Missing "openoffice231.msi" file ...
Cannot install new copy over old one for the same reason ...
Windows XP SP2, Dell P4 2.80 GHZ, 768 MB Mem ...
I have been a user for 5 years now with no other problems ...
Any suggestions on how to proceed ... ?
