Maybe this is a bug, but I'll try here first. I have followed the instructions here:

I insert the envelope and look at it in the print preview and it looks great. However, when I print the envelope, the return address appears, but the destination address does not appear! I have always believed in WYSIWYG, but that doesn't seem to apply here. There must be an easy answer to this, but I don't know what it is.
