The problem is that the path to the OOo components has changed -- it
includes the version number, and the old one isn't there any more. So
you need to update the file association to know the new path. Different
e-mail clients follow slightly different rules, but you should be able
to right-click on the attachment and get some sort of "open with" that
will allow you to browse to the right path for the new version.
