Thanks very much for the reply. I'm not worried bout the money, just the scaminess of it. Alot of them sell gov't stuff that is free, that people don't know about. Lawyers do it all the time also. Guess we'll just have to get the word out on blogs about it so people know. And I emailed the vendor for a refund. Peace. West
