You cannot download Excel from www.openoffice.org. Excel is a commercial application, which you must pay a significant amount for. You can download OpenOffice for free, from www.openoffice.org. OpenOffice is a full office suite, comparable to Microsoft Office. The comparable OpenOffice application to Excel is called Calc.
