I assume you are using Windows. E-mails don't have Powerpoint extensions. Perhaps you mean that you are receiving attachments with Powerpoint extensions. I'll assume that's what you mean ... Please explain: a) Which version of Windows you are using b) Which version of which e-mail program you are using c) *Exactly* what happens when you try to open a Powerpoint attachment Have you associated Powerpoint files with Impress? If you don't know what "associate" means, please consult the Windows Help.
