There is a similar feature in Impress. There are five tabs above the individual slide display, one of which is Notes. Select this tab and you can view a page for each slide, which has an image of the slide and a space for notes. You can print these as a guide for when delivering the presentation by selecting File | Print... | Options... and then selecting just Notes under Contents.
