    The formatting in the Input line seems to be set by the language you pick 
in the Formating window where you set the formating characteristics of your 
cell. That is why I said I doubt that you could get the YYYY-DD-MM format in 
the Input line unless you know of a language which uses that as its default 
date format. Language as in English, Spanish, Russian, etc.
