I had OOo 2.3 installed on my PC (Windows XP w/Service Pack 2), and the Quickstarter would show in the system tray. But then I upgraded to OOo 2.3.1, and the Quickstarter ceased to appear there. Under "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties-Hide Inactive Icons-Customize...", it is listed in "Past items", but on the PC's other User Account, it's in "Current Items". How do I correct this problem so that the Quickstarter will appear in my account's system tray as well?
