Please be specific as to what file format these email attachments are in. Are they document files? Drawings? What? Are they MS Office files? We would like to help, but without knowing the specific type of attachments you mean, we can not give you any specific advice. That is because we have no way of knowing whether OpenOffice.org (OOo) should be able to open these attachments or not. But on a more general level, have you tried saving the attachments to your harddrive before trying to open them with OOo? Part of the problem might just be the email client you are using. Do not reply directly to me by clicking the Reply button. Instead Add the information that I asked for and use the FORWARD button to send the entire message to [email protected] just as you did your original email.
