OpenType has been fully supported under Linux since before they were supported on Windows. Some of us have been shaking our heads about the fact that OOo does not recognize OpenType fonts on Linux for a very long time. Evidently the developers think that being able to use standard font formats is not important. We use Linux, so we don't matter. If you must create something that requires an OpenType font, create the document in OOo using a style. Set the font in the style to whatever is available in OOo. Then open Scribus with a new document and create a style with the same exact name, but set the font in the style to the OpenType font you want. Flow the OOo text into Scribus and it will take the OpenType font that you set in the Scribus style. Or better yet, just do everything in Koffice or Scribus from the beginning. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
