Hello, If you do not have animations, I suggest you use pdf or html. This should maximize the audience. If you have added animations, then you can try swf although it requires macromedia flash. You can also save each single slide as an image and then play the sequence in one of the many programs doing a slide show. Actually if you do not have space issues (and I guess that would not be a problem if you have one presentation only) you can save it in multiple formats on the CD or DVD. Even better you can burn on the CD or DVD the latest version of the OpenOffice.org installation program (this is perfectly legal) and invite people to give the program a try.
