Hello guys! I am trying to use your dictionaries within TeXnic Center which is an environment for creating TeX documents. TeXnic Center is a very good freeware editor and they recommend using your dictionaries. However, the problem of using Russian dictionary is in its "wrong" encoding, which is presently KOI8-R, and if one wishes to work under MS Windows, this becomes an issue because Cyrillic-Windows is needed. The question is, how can I contact the guy who is leading/supporting the project of Russian Dictionary? Probably he/she could rebuild the dictionary using Cyrillic-Windows encoding or recommend another solution.
