I guess you have to install English language version first and then get
langpacks from each langproject site

Dear Sir / Madame,
I have the Hungarian version of OO. Browsing an hour, I still cannot
find, how to download and install other language moduls/packs for my
OO. I would like to use English and German as well.
Please help.
