That depends on which defaults you're referring to.  What is it that you
wish to change?  If the personal data you entered, you'll find it under
Tools > Options > User data.  If it's the default application for
Microsoft Office files, you'll have to change the file associations
(described below).  If it's something else, please specify.

Changing file associations

Right click on file icon
Select Open With > Choose Program...
Check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" and
choose the desired application.
