I'm willing to be the testbed case. If someone creates such a tool and
sends it to me, I will release it under a free (as in money) license.
I can't promise GPL until I talk with my lawyer, but maximum it will
be myself being sued. I'm willing to be the one to risk that, as
someone has to do it.
