If you are a lawyer, heat up the cooking oil!  

OpenOffice.org would be unlikely to waste precious
resources - if they have any - on a law suit which
would bring them nothing.  For an individual, the
difference in price between a Porche and a VW Beetle
would make it worth doing something, but $10.99 is
usually not worth the trouble or expense.

In Outer Mongolia, like a lot of Asia, it is probably
easier to find a pirated version of Microsoft Office
than to find Opal Office.

As I said earlier, spread the word!  Tell everyone you
meet about OpenOffice.org, and encorage them to do the
same.
