Yes, either the Writer (word processor) or Calc (spreadsheet) component
of OpenOffice.org can do that. For Writer, you could list each song on a
separate line (probably with words like "A" or "The" moved to the end,
or eliminated). Then select the list and use Tools > Sort. If you have
other things you'd like to keep track of about each song, you could
create a table with the right number of columns to hold the different
kinds of data, enter the song titles in one column and the other data in
the other columns. Then click somewhere in the table, Table > Select >
Table, then Table > Sort specifying the column with the title and the
"Ascending" button.
