File > Wizards > Install new dictionaries. I think you may have already used this one to install the French dictionary. But did you notice right after the install page for dictionaries there is another page for installing thesauruses as well? While I do not know whether a thesaurus exists for OOo, that is the page where you would have to install it from. I am learning Spanish, and I was able to download not only a Spanish dictionary but also a Spanish Thesaurus.
