To what «toolbars» are you referring, Jonathan ? I expect my toolbars -
Google, StumbleUpon, Athens, etc, to appear when I have opened my web
browser, not when I have opened OOo. In my experience, OOo runs equally well
in Windows Vista Business as it does in Windows XP home or Pro, or in Ubuntu
7.10, save for  the fact that I cannot install CJK languages on the first
named. But that is an OS problem, not an OOo one....
