If it says there is another installation in progress then you must complete or remove that first. In the control panel "add/remove software". It sounds like you may have tried to install an incomplete download, or another program has not fully installed. If you are on dialup the download will take several hours. There are alternatives: * Get a mate with a fast connection to download it for you. * Buy a CD with the program on it. * Download at an internet cafe (tell them what you want to do).
