That said, I find it best to ask questions during the week. Apparently, when one comes into the office after a weekend and finds hundreds of emails, the one I need answered is not so high on the priority list! That said, there have been very few problems that I could not get through when asking questions in the middle of the week. The list members here are very helpful and very tolerant.
