Lucy, OOo runs very well on Windows Vista, as I know from my experience with the suite on my Vista Business setup. If you could be a bit more specific about the difficulties you are having in downloading the suite, it might prove easier for us to help you. My suspicion is that your firewall may be interfering with the download.... Henri
