Hello,

I'm having some trouble with the Templates and Documents feature. I
have a terminal server setup running on Ubuntu 6.06 with
OpenOffice.org 2.0.2, which serves six terminals in my office. After I
add a new template to the system, some users are able to see the new
template via File -> New -> Templates and Documents and others aren't.
I can always see them all.  I've double-checked the permissions on the
template directory and the template itself, which all looks fine. When
I want to install a new template, I've been clicking on File ->
Templates -> Organize to bring up the Template Management window,
selecting the folder I want the new template stored in, and then
clicking Commands -> Import Template.

Any ideas what might be going on? If I can supply any additional
useful information, please let me know.
