In Writer, I can use the Hierarchical view of styles to see which ones are
linked to which other ones. I find this very useful, but it does not seem to
work for page styles. I'm using a custom page size that I'd like to propagate
to all the different page styles I'm going to use (e.g., left chapter start,
right chapter start, left body page, right body page, etc.). Setting this size
in the default and then using inheritance would be the logical way to express
this, it seems to me. Is there a reason why page styles cannot be linked?
