please help me. my name is conrad smith. i am using open office 2.1. it came 
with my windows home version. i have 5 months of worked being displayed as 
number signs. when i try to open up the file from my desk top it goes to 
something like an asc11 filter asking what characters format and so forth. i 
need help badly. it seems my text document is formatted somhow and i cant see 
anything but 35 pages of #####.
