1) You didn't have to pay for OpenOffice. It is available at no charge from www.openoffice.org. 2) You'll have to contact whoever you paid for OpenOffice. It wasn't us. Perhaps you can get a refund. 3) What problems are you having installing OpenOffice? Any error messages?
