Hi
I'm in England, with a neat Apple ibook (year+ old, so I've spent
enough); I cope (just?!) with some internet for information/shopping,
even a printer, and of course email for several relatives/friends and
the odd charity.
But sometimes 'attachments' open/play and fairly often don't - I only
provoke the Microsoft/Powerpoint type messages eg. "buy now", so I
can't read whatever. Also some websites only offer information in a
way I can't open...
As I'm happy with what little I use (odd letters etc), need I
download a whole 'officesuite', or is there something more specific
(so therefore quicker and taking less room, if that matters)?
Sorry I'm apparently so computer dumb! (even 'scared' to go for
digital camera - its the age and I prefer to spend more time out and
about!).
