Yes, by using the Navigator. See the Help for details but simple things
are fairly intuitive. Press the toolbar icon that looks like a compass,
or F5, to bring up the Navigator panel. If the icon isn't visible you
can make it so by customising one of your toolbars -
View>Toolbars>Customize.
