I can not duplicate your problem. I just tried creating a new document
using only the "Text body" style. When I opened the Styles and Formating
window (F11 key) and selected Applied Styles in the bottom dropdown list,
only Default and Text body appeared as paragraph styles.
I can only surmise that one of the page styles you are using does in fact
have "Header" activated. Is it possible that this document was created in MS
Word? (Just a guess.) From my experience using Writer, it does not list
anything in the Applied Styles unless that style is present somewhere in the
document.
If the material in the document is not sensitive, you could send it to me.
I would be willing to look through it to see if I can find the invisible
Header in one of the page styles.
