I get an error when I try to install the Print workshop 2007 that says:
Component Transfer Error

Error: Access Denied
So, it will not download the Print Workshop and I really need to use the graphics. Please send me another disk. I just bought this one at Wal Mart for 19.99 plus tax and it can't be taken back because it's open so I am expecting you to send me a program that works. If you will send a return shipping lable, I'll be happy to send you the damaged disk.

You have contacted the OpenOffice mail list, which is where volunteers help others with OpenOffice. That Print Workshop is not part of OpenOffice, so I suspect that disk you bought contains more than just OpenOffice. You'll have to see if there's some support somewhere for that Print Workshop. Also, when you buy those disks, such as the one you got from Wal-Mart, you get applications that are generally available for free download, as is OpenOffice. That $19.99 you paid is simply to cover the cost of producing and selling the disk, with some profit for the vendor. You are not paying for the software itself.

OpenOffice is a free download from www.openoffice.org.
