Hello Michael,

I would say it's the same download (unless you changed your Mac from
an PowerPC to an Intel machine):
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/x11-104.html
(don't click on the Bittorrent link if you don't want this method, but
to the left of it)

The advantage of Leopard is that it installs X11 by default, the
disadvantage that the new X11 isn't yet quite free of bugs. You may
run into a 'time-out' when you start OpenOffice.org. To avoid this,
start X11 first (it sits in Programs>utilities), then start OOo.
