Go to Format | Character... | Position (or right-click | Character... | Position). Under "Rotation / scaling" you can change the width of characters, and under Spacing you can choose Expanded or Condensed and then pick the change in spacing you require. As you would expect, these controls appear at the same place on the Position tab of character styles.
