Please, transmit your operating system -
that would simplify matters ...
(I suppose any Windows)

If you had not changed the default installation path,
you could install the language pack in the same manner.
The installation wizard will find (and propose) the correct
OpenOffice program directory.

But beware - the installation wizard will be in Thai language!
Maybe an automatic installation would be easier
(I could explain it only for Windows).
