Maybe that's because there is no Microsoft Word or PowerPoint in this package. If you want Microsoft Office, you have to BUY it. OpenOffice.org however is free. It includes a word processor, just like Microsoft Office. It is called "Writer". It also, among other things, includes a presentation program, called "Impress". Johnny Rosenberg
