[users] Starting Open Office

Hi,
I am using Vista Home Ed. on my new computer and have just downloaded and 
installed the program from your web site. Its on my desktop. I click on the 
Ikon and I get a list of the files, so how do I get to use Open Office? sorry 
to say but I am new at this and am not very good at overcoming my lack of 
technical expertise. Thank you I await your guiding hand.
