Sir,
I am unable to insert a picture/document from my Epson Stylus DX5000 Printer/Scanner.
Open Office does recognize the scanner/printer. The problem has appeared since upgrading
to Open Office 2.3.1 . The programme and my scanner both freeze and I have to close them
via the task manager My scanner works O.K with other programmes and it's drivers are up
to date.Is this a known issue and are you able to help?
