If the problem file doesn't contain confidential data, please upload it
to a web site of your choice and provide us with the relevant details so
we can look at it (don't send it as an attachment as those normally get
shredded by our security software). If you don't have an easily
accessible site you could try www.tempdir.com which provides free upload
and storage facilities. If you use mytempdir don't forget to tell us the
reference number it allocated to you when you uploaded the file.
