I filter to a seperate sub-folder on "Delivered-To: moderator". Then
just hit "reply to all" on these emails. How you do it depends on your
email clients capabilities.

It is also generally agreed that a mix of top and bottom posting is the
worst way to answer thread emails. Top OR bottom posting is generally
acceptable to most (although it has caused flame wars here). The
email guidelines for this list do reccommend interspersed replies
