b) There may ("will" is probably more accurate) be training and conversion
costs if many of your users are experienced with MS office and/or you need
to send documents to people outside your organisation who do not use
OpenOffice. Also, be aware that OOo documents are not and cannot be 100%
compatible with MSO's.  There is a wealth of documentaion at
http://documentation.openoffice.org/ to help with these aspects of your
"move"; in particular, look at the Migration Guide. And, as others have
said, the support here is free too.
