[users] Looking for 2 pages per sheet feature

I am using 2.3.1 version of Open Office. org.  My problem is that I cannot
find a feature in "writer" which allows you to formate a page so you can put
5.5.x 8.5 sheets on a landscape 8.5 x 11.  I am a minister and I cut the
pages and put them in a notebook to preach.  I can do this with Word and
Wordperfect with a header on each small page.  It seems like writer does not
have this feature, or I cannot find it.  On Word the feature is under Page
Set-up , "2 Sheet per page"
