OpenOffice.org installation requires users to click through the GNU
Lesser General Public License in order to complete. However, the GNU
LGPL itself states that one is not required to agree to the license in
order to use a program licensed by it. Since the GNU LGPL is a true
license (not a contract, as are most commercial EULAs), agreement is
immaterial to its enforceability.

That said, the OpenOffice.org group is of course free to limit their
distribution of the software to those who click through the GPL. My
question is, on what grounds do you choose to do this?
