I noticed the site was down for a short time recently. Perhaps that was
when you attempted to get it. Also, the site for downloading is
www.openoffice.org. Do not go anywhere else. The OpenOffice is still
there and available for download. It doesn't matter if you use
wireless. I assume you mean WiFi and not some service that uses the
cell phone network. While it is possible to download using any method
that gives you reliable internet access, some methods are extremely slow
and possibly expensive.
