Hello, OpenOffice 1.1 is a little short from prehistoric. On your Panther (Mac OS X 10.3.x) you can run OOo 2.1.0. You can download from here http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/x11-103.html Maybe it's wiser to use Firefox, SeaMonkey or Opera to download, Safari sometimes gives trouble.
