Hi Ernie. You wrote that you downloaded the program. Have you installed it ?
Do you know where on the harddrive you saved the file? Go to that place true Explorer, double-click on the file and the installation of the program will start.
After the installation are done, you should see a folder under All Programs (asuming that you are - like me - using Windows) named OpenOffice.org 2.2.
