Hi Sharon
What operating system are you using? I presume some version of Windows,
but please let us know if it is anything else. Do the Delete and
Backspace keys work in other programs - Notepad, for instance?
Version 2.0 is now fairly antique, we are up to 2.3.1 with 2.4 due out
any day now. It may be easiest to try upgrading.
