I believe the most recent updates of both Leopard (10.5.3) and X11 will do fine. Not sure whether the X11 that comes with Leopard 10.5.3 is OK, or that you need a more recent update of X11 from sourceforge http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/xquartz/wiki/X112.1.1 or newer
