[users] Error # 1304

Hi:

Thank you for your help.
I have downloaded your openoffice.org 2.3 software to the point where it 
is an icon on my desktop, but it then freezes and up pops the window 
that says, "Cannot download - Error 1304.  Please verify you have access 
to Registry".  Well I am the administrator and only user, and so I do 
have access but there is no place to check that off, in order to 
continue downloading/installing.

I'm not an advanced user, but have downloaded lots of software and have 
never come upon this problem, before.

I thank you for the software and hope you can tell me what I must do, in 
order to continue.
